Do I have to talk about my worst calls?

No. You decide what you share and when. Many people start with sleep, stress or relationships and only talk about specific calls once they feel ready, if ever.

Do I need a PTSD diagnosis to start therapy?

No. You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis. If the job is affecting your sleep, mood, relationships or sense of self, that's a good enough reason to reach out.

Can I do therapy virtually?

Yes. We offer virtual therapy anywhere in Ontario, as well as in-person sessions at our Oakville office.

Do you work with retired first responders or family members?

Yes. The job can stay with you long after you hang up the uniform, and partners and family members often carry their own piece of it too.
