Private Pay and Insurance Information
Heart of Oak Psychotherapy operates in the private pay healthcare sector. This means we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Instead, payment is made directly to us, and we provide you with a detailed receipt following each session that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance provider to confirm if they cover services provided by Registered Psychotherapists. Many extended health insurance plans do offer coverage, but it’s important to verify your specific plan.
