Do you have an office in Burlington or Milton?

No. Our therapy offices are located in a residential home in Oakville. All sessions are by appointment only. We're a short drive from Burlington and Milton, and we also offer virtual sessions across Ontario & select provinces.

How do I choose between therapists on your team?

A free consultation helps. You can also try our matching quiz. Megan sees individuals 16+, couples and families. Other therapists on the team see different age groups, so we'll help you find a fit based on what you're looking for and who's available.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book with us. Some benefits plans ask for a doctor's note, so check your plan if you're unsure.

Will my benefits cover psychotherapy?

Many extended health plans cover Registered Psychotherapists. Coverage amounts and rules vary, so it's worth calling your provider. We provide receipts you can submit to your extended health benefits.

What if I'm in crisis?

If you're in crisis or worried about your safety, call 9-1-1, or call or text 9-8-8 (Suicide Crisis Helpline) any time. Therapy consultations aren't for emergencies.
